The careers site highlights company culture, employee perks and provides details about what each job entails.
The Taleo job search and application are branded and optimized for mobile, providing a streamlined user experience in an applicant tracking system that’s normally challenging for candidates to navigate on mobile devices.
Our integrated geolocation feature delivers the nearest job listings to the candidate upon initial home page load without ever needing to search. This means retail associates are directed immediately and effortlessly to nearby opportunities — the ones they’re most likely to apply for.
An innovative, flexible career search enables potential hires to search by distance, schedule, shift or keyword. Candidates can save jobs to a customized list for future exploration, and with a job-alerts subscription, they can sign up for notifications as jobs become available.
