The Mount needed to capture the attention of prospective students online and create an emotional connection with them to generate engagement in the form of requests for information and online application submissions.
The Sanger & Eby team began the project by performing a competitive audit on peer websites. We then created journey maps for key student types to imagine how students would utilize the site and ensure they had ready access to key features like “Request More Information,” a video tour of the campus and the online application.
To set The Mount apart from competitors and most effectively communicate their key differentiator of helping students to reach their highest potential, our team developed over-arching messaging for The Mount, with supporting copy for priority web pages. On client approval, our team then developed refined UI/UX mockups with the copy in place.
As this was not a full website redesign and rather a refresh of key pages, our pages had to fit within the existing web environment. Sanger & Eby developers carefully coded the approved design and content updates within the existing Cascade CMS environment.
