Web Application Developer
About the Job
We need a .NET web application developer who likes to solve complex, web-based, marketing challenges and to communicate with our clients. This individual will have a strong working knowledge of the .NET framework ( 1.1/2.0/3.5 ) The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions in both Classic ASP and ASP.NET. This person must be able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We design and develop interactive websites and web-based applications to solve our clients' needs, including custom web-based tools, interactive calendars, customer survey, and CRM systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for programming
- College degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years practical experience using .NET to develop web sites and applications.
- Experience in programming web applications using the following technologies is a must: ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Web Services.
- At least two year practical experience using HTML and JavaScript to create web sites.
Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005 using complex queries and stored procedures

SharePoint Architect & Lead Developer
Job Description
The SharePoint Architect & Lead Developer is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for clients using Microsoft SharePoint, including development of new portals and collaboration solutions, and for conversion of existing content, sites, and services into MS SharePoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to lead and work as part of a high performance team are key factors for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients on business requirements and design and development of creative technology solutions to fulfill those requirements
- Design architecture for MS SharePoint solutions and related technologies and systems
- Develop intranet portals and collaboration solutions using MS SharePoint 2007
- Convert existing content, sites, and services into MS SharePoint 2007
- Develop features, web parts, and workflows for existing MS SharePoint 2007 sites and applications
- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom websites and web applications with .NET
Qualifications
- 2+ years of SharePoint development
- Expert-level knowledge in administration, configuration, and customization of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007, MOSS 2007, and WSS 3.0 implementation and deployment experience
- Proven ability to seamlessly integrate SharePoint Collaboration tools with other Microsoft tools
- Strong web development skills (HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc.)
- 2-4 years of Microsoft web application development with 2+ years of .NET (C# 2.0+/ASP.NET)
- Experience in implementation of SharePoint Collaboration tools (forums, issues lists, etc.)
- Experience developing web-based applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET 3.5, C#, 2.0+, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- Experience with customization of WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 site templates and development of new templates
- Proficient with VisualStudio 2008 development environment and tools
- Proficient with SOAP, XML, SQL
- Ability to use Subversion for source code version control
- Understanding of SharePoint Designer 2007 site design features, reports, and workflow design
